  • Very nice hotel located in the Central part of the city and walking distance to quite a few restaurants and sites.

    Rooms
    We had a bedroom to double beds and a living area with a couch two chairs TV and desk. We had five people and felt we still had quite a bit of room.
    Nearby activities
    Some really great restaurants and coffee shops and delis.
    Safety
    Typical of any city with some homeless but none bothered us. The hotel is secured with having to use your hotel key to get to the room and the parking garages secured.
    Walkability
    This is a very walkable location everybody walks here.

    Was sent a pre check-in text to pre register the truck

    Found out as I walked in ..Dog friendly including treats and scitches from enthusiastic employees.. and there was 3 in the lobby at check-in 10/10

    We were offered water and complimentary snack at check-in

    Suite is amazing with all the amenities.

    The hotel was very safe feeling. The area is a downtown area with a diverse range of people intermingling.

    Commodore Ballroom, Orpheum theatre, Vogue theatre and much more a short walk. Lots of food and activities options close by.

  • Value for money

    We shared 4 nights at the hotel. the front office staff and concierge were very professional and helpful. The dinning room staff were also very friendly . The hotel is very clean and the upgraded amenities are much appreciated. The hotel is excellent value for money

    Juan was really very kind and informed us well about the city and what to visit, Premila our housekeeper arranged the room every day, and also all the front desk staff very kind and helpful! Centrally located hotel just steps from Granville Island, magnificent!!!

  • Excellent stay!

    We stayed in this hotel for one night to attend a concert and really glad we picked this one! The location was great, the hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! I come to Vancouver quite regularly and have found my new favourite place.

    It was a great stay, staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. It was also in a good location and close to anything that we needed. The seperate living area was greaf, and a nice balcony view. We will be back!

  • Best Hotel Ever, a 5 star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Beautifully decorated room with two large TV’s, a sitting room and separate bedroom. Extremely clean and perfect. I said to my husband, “I could live here” .lol The staff were all friendly and so nice. They even made a fuss over our little dog Frankie Rey, he loved the treats they gave him. Safe, secured underground parking. One of the nicest hotel experience we have had in a very long time. The restaurant had excellent food and service. The price was also reasonable for Vancouver. We will be staying here anytime we are in Vancouver. I highly recommend this Hotel.

  • Great location in downtown Vancouver, CLEAN and spacious room/suite! Amazing staff!

    An excellent experience at this hotel! Travelled out to Vancouver for March Break. We stayed at this hotel at the start of our trip and returned at the end of our trip before flying home. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional. CLEAN hotel! We booked a Deluxe Room with 2 beds and sofa bed. It’s more like a suite. We each had our own bed and plenty of space for a family of 3. There was also a balcony with a great bird’s eye view of Granville Street It looks like every room/suite has its own balcony. Love that the windows actually open to get some fresh air. Huge desk and very clean room and bathroom. Finally, a hotel that has enough bathroom hooks to hang towels and clothes. Plus, 2 closets to put suitcases away. The safe was a great added amenity to store our tablets and laptop. Refrigerator and microwave too which came in handy. Free wifi throughout the hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast before heading out for the day. Love the decor. Booths, tables, private room and BAR area with outdoor patio. Daily specials, happy hour. There’s something for everyone! Clean, bright and spacious underground parking. EV charging stations too! Felt very safe. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back the next time we return to Vancouver!

  • I love to stay here!

    It’s a very clean and bright room and there is patio access. Is right at the city center so when you step outside there are tons of restaurants and shoppes. It’s a clean and beautiful room. I got the sweet and there was a beautiful living room with a 65 inch TV. Everything is clean and beautiful.
