Great accommodation, great staff, clean rooms
The room was amazing. We rented the one with the balcony and a separate living area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They offered us a playpen for our little one even without asking for it.

Beautiful suite in downtown Vancouver!
The Best Western Premier was a wonderful hotel that was totally worth the price we paid. Everyone of the staff here was extremely helpful and friendly, they would always strive to provide whatever we asked for and the room was very clean. My husband has a bad back and he always has trouble sleeping when we are on vacation. He was able to sleep pretty comfortably on the double beds in this suite. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, and we had a great time feeding the pigeons from the balcony. The small garden really adds a nice touch also. this is our 2nd time in Vancouver and if we return I would totally book a stay here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience
We have stayed here twice now, and each time we had a good experience. Room is comfortable and clean, with good amenities and a view of the city. It is close enough to walk downtown, but there are many places to eat etc. close by.

Comfortable stay and amazing hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at the property. The suite is clean and had great views. The highlight is the warmth and the friendliness of the staff which elevates the experience. We were greeted with pleasant smiles everyday and provided with recommendations of best of Vancouver that was pretty helpful. Big shoutout to manager Vikrant for taking the time to chat with us.

The Best Western Chateau Granville was great!
The staff was very helpful and they happily held on to our luggage for us both before and after checking in and out. The room we had was very spacious and well set up.
