Seven function rooms in the heart of downtown Vancouver, from a private room for twelve to a ballroom that holds 200, with catering, bar and audiovisual all handled by our own team. Everything in house
Catering, bartending and audiovisual are all provided in house. One team plans the evening with you from the first call, so there are no outside vendors to brief, schedule or chase, and the whole night is confirmed in a single proposal.

A downtown venue that is easy to work with
Downtown, on Granville Street
In the Entertainment District at 1100 Granville Street, walking distance to Yaletown, BC Place and Rogers Arena. Guests can carry on with the night without arranging a second venue.
Easy to get to and from
Yaletown-Roundhouse Station is three blocks east, about a five-minute walk, so guests can reach the SkyTrain without a cab. Waterfront Station is roughly ten minutes up the Canada Line, connecting to the rest of the SkyTrain network and the SeaBus to the North Shore. Underground gated parking is on site with EV charging, and the major venues are close enough to walk.
Rooms for the people who stay
We are a 118 room hotel, so attendees who would rather not travel home can stay in the same building. Ask about a room block when you send your details.

Our holiday party team will work with you from the first conversation through the final toast. With catering, bar service and audiovisual handled in-house, everything comes together under one team.
Tell us what you are planning
Send your date, your headcount and the budget you are working to. Ask for the holiday menu and we will send it with your proposal. Short notice is welcome, and we will tell you honestly whether the date is workable.
