We are a busy 3 Diamond hotel located in Downtown Vancouver currently looking to fill a position for a Bellman & Concierge. This position will be full time and may include extra shifts and overtime.

The successful candidate needs to possess a friendly and welcoming attitude and be able to work well in a busy environment and appropriately prioritize and multitask.

The role of a bellman/concierge will be responsible for welcoming our guests to the hotel and assisting with any needs or questions they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Warmly welcome guests to the hotel and assist guests to and from their room when necessary
  • Assist guests with luggage when necessary.
  • Loading and unloading of bags into guest vehicles and tour busses.
  • Inform guests of in-room amenities.
  • Take and deliver Room Service food and beverages.
  • Promote the hotel outlets and facilities.
  • Assist guests with questions about tours, attractions, places to see and things to do around Vancouver and neighbouring cities.
  • Assist guests in booking tours, attractions, and reservations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Lobby and hotel entrance area.


  • Must maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
  • Must be available to work morning shifts, evening shifts and weekends.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English, a second language is an asset.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Vancouver and it's attractions.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuous basis.

Hotel Room Attendant required that has a passion for detail for busy downtown hotel. Must clean rooms to hotel standards and be courteous and professional when dealing with guests.
- This is a physically demanding job that requires bending, stooping, squatting and stretching to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.
- Previous experiences as a Room Attendant or similar job would be a definite asset.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and adhere to housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Flexible for various shifts, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills to interact with fellow employees and guests.
