Our online booking system is convenient, reliable and easy to use. Please review our policies below before you make a reservation. Check-in time is any time after 4 p.m. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
Check-out time is 11 a.m. (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
It is the hotel's policy to require government-issued photo identification at check-in (e.g., driver's license or passport) and a valid credit card. The minimum age for check-in is 19. Please contact the hotel directly with any questions.
Payment Policies Deposit Information
A valid credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation. Please be advised that credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the approximate value of your stay, including an estimate for incidental charges. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Upon departure, you may pay by credit card, cash, or Best Western Travel Card. At checkout, the final amount of your invoice will be charged to your credit card. If the pre-authorized amount is greater than the bill total, the release of excess of funds held will be at the discretion of the credit card company.
Hotel Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel or change your reservation you must do so with 24-48 hours’ notice of your arrival, depending on the season. Please note, cancellation policies can vary depending on where the reservation was made. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Children under 17 will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise the Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.
All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Reservations above double occupancy result in an automatic charge of $25 per person per night.
Registration of Guests
For your safety and security, we request that all guests in each room are to be registered at check-in before 11.00 p.m.
All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange. Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk (USD Only).
Registered guests enjoy convenient gated parking in our underground lot. (Charges apply) Parking is not suitable for larger trucks or buses. Overhead clearance to the underground parkade is approximately 6.8 ft (cca 207 cm). Complimentary Electric Charging Station - plug-ins for two vehicles.
Note: Parking restrictions apply. Parking is limited to one vehicle permitted per room. Guests are required to register their vehicles at the Front Desk during check-in, license plate required.
100% Smoke-Free Hotel
The majority of our guests favor a non-smoking hotel environment. So the only way to provide this experience is to prohibit smoking within the building. Therefore, we have applied this preference throughout our hotel. We do provide designated smoking areas outside the building to accommodate the needs of guests who do smoke.
Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed on the balcony as it’s considered part of the room. In order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition, there is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply with this policy.
Hotel Pet Policy
We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is $25.00 per pet/day ($150 CAD per week maximum). A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $75.00 is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.
