MEETING AGAIN, SAFELY
We want you to know the safety of our guests and associates is our top priority
With your safety front of mind, our team at the Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites & Conference Centre has worked hard to welcome you back, while carefully adhering to public health guidelines.
Please be advised that as of September 13, 2021, proof of vaccination will be required to visit some hotel facilities, as per British Columbia’s Provincial Health order. The Best Western Premier Chateau Granville hotel will require proof of vaccination to enter meetings and events with 50 or more attendees. Please note all guests, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a face mask in all our indoor public spaces, as per the BC Government's PHO starting August 25, 2021.
We have looked at every aspect of how you can visit our facility safely and with confidence, from how our buildings are entered and exited, how our team interacts with guests and how we sanitize our meeting spaces and more. Our approach to health and safety will continue to evolve alongside your expectations and new industry standards, and will continue to evolve as necessary moving forward.
We know that events moving forward will need to be reimagined. For now, we are welcoming back smaller, modified events until a more appropriate time when we can meet again for large gatherings.
When meeting at Chateau Granville Conference Centre, you’ll notice we've put the following new measures in place to give you peace of mind:
