ANOTHER ENJOYABLE STAYCATION
Whenever we feel a need to get away from home one night we choose this hotel for our staycation. This allows us a night downtown to enjoy what is available without worrying about parking and driving home late at night.
Suites are excellent and super clean so much so that one cannot find even one fingerprint on any surface, these standards have been maintained throughout Covid, beyond and to date. Ongoing maintenance of the rooms is evident.
Generally we choose to dine out on the town (Japanese food is our favourite and there are many restaurants nearby) and take breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast choices are many and the serving sizes are large (my wife could not even finish the healthy option).
It was really nice that the hotel remembered my wife's birthday and left her some cake in the fridge.
The area may have its homeless / strange person challenges but do not let this cause you to miss a very enjoyable stay. Just give these people a wide berth and they will not bother you.

Best Western Chateau Granville Stay
My stay at this hotel was very nice. The food was very good and my hotel was very nice and clean I enjoyed my time here. The staff was very nice and friendly to me for my stay I got very good customer service I would stay here again.

Room with a beautiful view
I had a hotel stay this past week. The front desk concierge was so friendly and they put me on the top floor. Beautiful view too! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through. Never disappoints!

Why I continue to stay at Best Western hotels
I had a one night quick stay at this hotel and I was very happy with it. Great customer service, clean and spacious King suite and it had everything you would need for a nice stay. The location is very good, close to everything. The price to quality ration was also very good for a hotel in downtown Vancouver. Thank you for your hospitality.

Pet Friendly!
Wow! What an amazing experience. A very moderate and fair pet rate of 23$. Literally every member of their staff met and greeted my dog followed up by giving us a welcome bag of treats and doo doo bags accompanied with a walking map to the nearest dog parks… mind blown. The room was awesome and clean, food for room service top notch! I could not have left a hotel happier!!! Thank you!!
