The Chateau Granville Vancouver Hotel is excited to announce the new, beautifully appointed Meeting Rooms that are now available for all your conference/group/social events in downtown Vancouver. All meeting rooms are on the second floor of the hotel, with easy access from the lobby or parking area. There are five different meeting and banquet rooms to accommodate groups from 2-150 in a variety of setups. We offer state of the art audio and visual equipment, selective overhead lighting and natural daylight in every room. There is also the capability to block out the daylight for video/power-point presentations. Wireless Internet is accessible from all rooms..

Cambie Room

The Cambie Room, with 350 sq ft, has a fixed boardroom table that will accommodate up to 18 guests, with a built in whiteboard and flipchart.

Oak Room

The Oak Room is 410 sq ft and has more flexibility for smaller groups. From boardroom style for 20 up to banquet style for 30. This room also has a built in whiteboard and flipchart.

Georgia Room

The Georgia Room is also 410 sq ft but slightly more square in shape. This room will accommodate up to 30 theatre style and 18 in a u-shape. This room includes a whiteboard and a flipchart.

Burrard Room

The Burrard Room is 975 sq ft. This room will seat 50 banquet style and 32 classroom. There is a fixed screen and LCD projector available.

Granville Room

This is the largest meeting room with 1540 sq ft available for a variety of set-ups from 40 in a hollow square, 120 banquet style to 170 theatre. This room also has a fixed screen and LCD projector.
